Ideal location and modern comfort
I had a wonderful stay thanks to the hotel’s fantastic location, just a short walk from the Zwinger Museum and many shops. The room was perfect for two, featuring effective room darkening curtains that ensured a restful sleep. The staff were friendly and provided helpful local recommendations, making our experience even better. The breakfast was basic but reasonably priced, although I would have loved a wider selection of fruits and yogurt.

The Standard Double Room was quite cozy with comfy beds and good room darkening curtains that really helped for sleeping in. It was modern and clean, which I appreciated. Hand wipes by the TV remote was a nice touch for extra cleanliness. The heating and cooling worked well, keeping the room at a nice temp. Just a minor note, I wish there was more coffee and tea provided. But overall, it felt like a great spot to relax at the end of the day.

Recommend it for couples seeking comfort
The staff was genuinely friendly they really made us feel welcome during our stay. Our room was perfect size for two with dark curtains that blocked out all the morning light so we could sleep in.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but it was still acceptable for what we got.

I really liked the spacious rooms and the cozy vibe. There’s a nice lounge to relax in and a great little bar for winding down after a long day. The only hiccup was the Wi-Fi, which was a bit spotty at times, but overall, it was a good stay! 😊

The stay was enjoyable with easy access to the old town and many nearby restaurants. Clean and comfortable accommodations made it a pleasant experience. However, the check-in process was frustrating, as we had issues paying with a virtual card that led to delays. Additionally, I would have preferred a fridge in the room for my snacks and drinks.

Comfortable Stay with Great Breakfast Options
We enjoyed our stay for 2 nights. The room was cozy, albeit without a fridge. Nadine from the breakfast team made our mornings delightful with her friendly service. As a vegan, I appreciated the options, though I suggest adding vegan yogurt. For a cool room, don't hesitate to ask the staff for help with ventilation!

missingWrote a review on 11 Maydated fixtures
Rooms come with wall-to-wall carpets, which seem dated and have noticeable stains, raising some cleanliness concerns for a hotel of its price range. The bathroom fixtures don't impress-clearly not modern, with less-than-ideal aesthetic and functional design. The mattress in my room felt like a relic, with springs creaking loudly and compromising my sleep quality. Parking information is misleading. It suggests no reservation is needed, leaving guests scrambling to find space elsewhere. No fridge in the room limits food storage options.
